All orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties
BloomCell ships orders directly from our international logistics partners. For shipments outside the European Union, including the United States and Canada, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to BloomCell, a refund will be issued once the parcel is confirmed as “Returned to Sender,” minus 15% of the order total to cover shipping and handling costs.
If an order is destroyed by customs due to non-compliance or refusal of payment, a 50% refund will be issued.
Missed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the parcel is refused by the customer or returned after failed delivery attempts, a refund will be processed minus the actual shipping costs incurred.
If you would like your order to be resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Tracking numbers are provided by email once your package has been dispatched.
