Our team will review your case individually and may offer a suitable resolution, such as a partial refund, store credit, or replacement.
However, BloomCell cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by individual allergies or sensitivities. Customers are encouraged to review the product ingredient list carefully before use.
Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or unopened skincare products.
Our formulas are applied directly to the skin, and this policy ensures the highest standards of safety and quality for all customers.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that skincare results may vary from person to person.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase after consistent use as directed, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Approved refunds will be processed minus a 15% processing and shipping fee.
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the shipping label
A photo of the packaging (if available)
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
Chargeback Policy
If a chargeback is filed with your bank or card provider, your refund request will be suspended until the dispute is resolved. This measure prevents duplicate reimbursements and complies with financial regulations.
Orders can only be cancelled before a tracking number has been issued.
Once tracking information has been generated or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
